The snipers kneeled and peeked harder just to get a closer look of their subjects as "Macro" was the Mission of the Month this July.

Thirty three (33) old and new members have used their skills, wits and creativity to compete each other. Now, it's up to the judges to pick the best five and face The Tribunal. Among those five, the people will cast their votes and declare the overall winner...to become The Sniper of the Month.

Eduardo "Jon" Mancilla is our "Sniper of the Month" for July. A 33-year old from Satwa, he currently work as an Advertising and Marketing Manager for Datamatix, an events company. A local from Malate, Manila, he is blessed with a happy marriage, having a loving wife, twin boys and a girl.

Just a little tip for those who want to crop photos without losing the EXIF information using Adobe Photoshop (i'm using cs2).

This tutorial was intended to get close-up shots by cropping (although you wont able to print it in bigger sizes) the easy way and for those who lack macro lens/accessories. Faux pas macro but still effective.
